From Makurdi City Center

Take the Otukpo Road heading east. The Institute is located approximately 5km from the city center, on the right side of the road.

Public Transportation

Take a bus or taxi heading to Otukpo and ask to be dropped at Augustinian Institute. Most drivers are familiar with the location.

Parking Information

Visitor parking is available at the main entrance. Please check in at the security post for a visitor's pass.

Our administrative offices are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The library has extended hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sunday 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
