Admission Requirements

Undergraduate Admission (UTME)

  • Minimum of 5 credits in SSCE/GCE/O'Level in not more than 2 sittings
  • Credits must include English Language and Mathematics
  • JAMB UTME score of 150 and above
  • JAMB subject combination: Use of English and any three Arts or Social Science subjects
  • Participation in Augustinian Institute Post-UTME screening

Direct Entry Admission

  • Two A'Level passes in relevant subjects
  • OND/NCE/ND/HND with minimum of Lower Credit
  • First degree in any discipline (for PGD program)
  • IJMB/JUPEB with minimum required points
  • Meet O'Level requirements as specified

Postgraduate Admission

  • PGD: First degree in any discipline with minimum of Third Class
  • M.A.: First degree in Philosophy with minimum of Second Class Lower
  • Ph.D.: Master's degree in Philosophy with minimum CGPA of 3.5
  • NYSC discharge/exemption certificate (for Nigerian graduates)
  • Academic transcripts from previous institutions

International Students

  • Equivalent academic qualifications verified
  • Proof of English language proficiency (where applicable)
